I got in touch with Andrew after being let down by another architect and I’m so glad I did! He’s a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly and the designs are brilliant - and a great price too! Thanks Andrew 😊

We’ve worked with Andrew on numerous projects, and we have referred him to many of our clients and still do. He is well-organised with plans that are easy to work from. Building projects can be quite complex, so some details may be missed, as with any designer architect. However, he’s always just a phone call away for any questions we have, which isn’t often, but it demonstrates his commitment to any design he presents. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the layout drawings provided. Everything was clear, precise, and professionally presented, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was outstanding throughout — prompt responses, clear explanations, and a genuine willingness to ensure everything was exactly right. Best of all, the work was completed straight away without compromising on quality. Highly reliable and efficient service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had an extremely positive experience working with Andrew at JC Building Design to develop drawings for our wraparound house extension. Andrew was personable and friendly, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and was very generous with his time. The process was smooth from start to finish, and very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend Andrew and the team to anyone looking for an architect.

We contacted Andrew to draw up some plans for our Barn Conversion Project to submit to planning and building control for approval. From first contact, Andrew has been professional and attentive. He has seen our project through from start to finish. He was always just a phone call away and has helped us to create our dream home. As a result we now have a fully completed barn coversion, our new family home 🥰. We highly recommend Andrew, brilliant, five star, service

We used andrew for our limited site self build and being in a green belt area there were many obstacles to overcome from this gaining permission was not at all easy because planning had a lot of requests but andrew was able to overcome this with his years of knowledge and experience he has and replying to all emails promptly and chasing up others we were able to get it granted after 2 years thank you for getting it over the finishing line

Wonderful. Andrew was friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble when he came to measure up at the beginning of our building renovation at our property. Would not hesitate to recommend or use ourselves again if needed. Thank you Andy

We used Andrew to help secure planning permission for our garden office and hobby room. He quickly understood what we were looking to achieve and gave us excellent advice throughout the process. The plans he produced were outstanding and really brought our vision to life. We were very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him. Richard and Christine

From the initial phone call, to Andrews visit to my property, the design work, dealing with the council, I can only thank Andrew for his professional approach and skill set he provides in gaining planning approval for an extension, I had some issues with a neighbor regarding the extension, with Andrews expertise, he provided alternatives and dealt with the local council to gain the approval,

Anyone looking for an architect / designer look no further, great support from start to finish
